The organizer, Ms. Nobuko Kurose(President & CEO of HarmoniK Co., Ltd. / Shochu Producer), is a descendant of the “Kurose Toji.”The Kurose Toji refers to a professional group of shochu makers from the Kurose settlement in Kagoshima Prefecture, known for dramatically advancing shochu production techniques and being invited to breweries across the country.
The events produced by Ms. Kurose feature unique content that sheds light on shochu, Japan’s only distilled spirit, from various angles. They may also be popular because they simultaneously satisfy women’s needs such as “wanting to treat myself to luxurious places and experiences” and “wanting to make friends outside my current environment.”

In this experience, you will enjoy original cocktails based on premium sweet potato shochu in the elegant space of luxury hotel.
This is a unique special program where you can “learn while deliciously experiencing” Japanese sake culture while listening to stories from shochu brewery masters. Furthermore, the cocktails are paired with the hotel’s pride French course. The marriage of beautifully prepared dishes and shochu will bring new surprises and emotions to visitors.
As a special project for this occasion only, we will distribute original texts prepared by a palm reading teacher.
