One is a sodium-calcium sulfate hot spring called “Kizu no Yu” (Wound Bath), which is rare in western Japan and has a pH value of 9.5 and is expected to be effective for “cuts, cold sensitivity, and dry skin.” The second is an alkaline simple hot spring with a pH value of 9.9, which is expected to be effective in recovering from fatigue, neuralgia, and arteriosclerosis.
