Highlights

■Takenotsuji Observatory
The highest viewpoint on the island. On clear days, you can enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view stretching as far as Kyushu and Tsushima.

■Kurosaki Battery Ruins
A historic war site believed to have been built to defend against ships passing through the Tsushima Strait. Although it was known as “the most powerful in the East,” it was never used in battle and remained unused until the end of the war.

■Saruiwa (Monkey Rock)
A symbolic landmark of Iki Island. This approximately 45-meter-tall rock formation is famous for its striking resemblance to a monkey looking away.

■Iki Dolphin Park & Resort
A popular attraction where you can enjoy interactive experiences with dolphins—feed them from the deck or even receive a cute “kiss” on your hand!
Admission and activity fees are not included. Advance reservations are required.

■Sakyobana
One of Iki’s most scenic spots, featuring dramatic cliffs stretching along the coast.
According to legend, during a severe drought, an onmyoji (traditional Japanese diviner) named Goto Sakyo performed a rainmaking ritual here, bringing much-needed rain and saving the villagers.

■Harahoge Jizo
Six Jizo statues standing in the sea. This mystical site is believed to protect people from various sufferings and hardships.

■Shochu Brewery
Iki is known as the birthplace of barley shochu. Visitors can explore traditional brewing methods with over 500 years of history.

■Harunotsuji Ruins
Believed to be the site of the ancient capital of “Ikikoku” mentioned in the Chinese historical text Records of the Three Kingdoms. A fascinating spot where you can feel the romance of ancient history.

Pricing (per vehicle charter)

  • Small vehicle (up to 4 passengers): ¥24,300 / 5 hours
  • Large vehicle (up to 9 passengers): ¥37,900 / 5 hours

Food, drinks, and admission fees are not included.

Cancellation Policy

  • One day before: 50% of the fee
  • Same day: 100% of the fee

If ferries to Iki are canceled, a full refund will be provided.
