This is a rare opportunity to observe up close the powerful morning training sessions (“Asa-geiko”) of sumo wrestlers as they prepare for an official Grand Sumo tournament!
Morning training sessions are not usually open to the public, making this a special experience that even many Japanese people rarely have the chance to enjoy.
Witness the wrestlers’ serious expressions, intense clashes, and rigorous training from just a short distance away. This is a must-see experience for sumo fans.
As part of this plan, after observing the morning training session, you will move to another venue to enjoy a Sumo Entertainment Show while dining on authentic Chanko Nabe prepared by former sumo wrestlers. (The sumo show is performed by former sumo wrestlers and other sumo-related entertainers.)
